Day-to-day temporary anxiety is a common occurrence for everyone. Anyone can feel anxious because of their daily life and the difficult situations that arise. However, anxiety disorders are a different story altogether.

 

These disorders combine and grip the mind and body with an intense feeling of fear and worry. Anything is a possible trigger which makes daily life very hard for people. A single action can trigger an involuntary response called a panic attack, zapping out all energy and leaving behind fear and anguish.

 

When it comes to social anxiety, it is the easiest form of anxiety. Any social situation has the ability to touch that one part of the brain that may compel it to dive into a panic attack.

To this day, no one knows how to cure anxiety as there is no permanent cure. All you can do to help is learn how to tell that you are beginning to have a panic attack through counselling. For immediate help, you may want to consider a round of antidepressants.

Symptoms of Anxiety Disorders

 

The exact causes of anxiety are yet to be determined, and they differ for each person. Some people may have anxiety disorders because of environmental stress, use of drugs, or other medical issues. Disorders like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) have also been said to cause anxiety and panic. Changes in routine and old trauma memories can be the cause of such responses which are panic and anxiety attacks.

 

Symptoms of these anxiety attacks are:

  • ● Frequent sweating
  • ● Nausea
