The main reason for anxiety is still unknown, however, issues with tension- like different types of mental diseases do not arise from an individual shortcoming, a character defect, or poor childhood. As researchers proceed with their examination on mental diseases, it is discovered that it is caused by a series of factors that constitute changes in the brain and stress in the environment.
