Anxiety is a mental disorder that affects people every day, but when it becomes severe, it is called an anxiety disorder. Anxiety can attack any time of the day. Every person has a different reason as to why they are anxious or suffering a panic attack. Usually, difficult situations like making a big decision, going for an interview or sitting for a test are real anxiety triggers.

 

There is very rarely an exact reason as to why a person is anxious. Regardless, it makes living a normal life very hard. It drains the battery of the person suffering from it and takes a further toll on their mental health.

 

Social anxiety is categorized as the kind that happens when an uncomfortable social situation arises. Specific situations can be triggers to a socially anxious person and may leave them with a panic attack.

There is no known way of getting rid of your anxiety and panic attacks forever. However, there are certain things you can do like take up therapy or counselling to help you deal with them or try a round of antidepressants and see if that helps.

Symptoms of Anxiety Disorders

 

There is no proper cause of anxiety, except that it may come from elements like environmental stress, a decline in the brain functions, and other disorders like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
