ANXIETY OR FEAR ATTACKS

Certain phobias come from fear of some particular objects or occurrences like flying or heights. These can be treated using counseling or medications such as antidepressants.

SIGNS OF ANXIETY DISORDER

The specific trigger behind anxiety disorder has not been known. But like other types of mental diseases, are not caused by personal weakness, poor upbringing or personality flaw. However, there is ongoing research on mental diseases, but it is becoming evident that many factors combine to cause these disorders that result from environmental stress and changes in the brain.

Signs of anxiety disorder are:

  • Palpitating heart
  • Irregular and uncommonly strong heart rates

  • Dizziness
  • Tension in the muscle
  • Nausea
